Health Concerns
For the safety of our guests and staff, everyone attending URGE Miami Thanksgiving Festival is encouraged to be vaccinated against both COVID and Monkeypox. If you are not feeling well or believe you have been exposed to either in the days leading up to the festival, please do not attend any of the events.
Consent to Photography
Unless written communication is submitted to the organizer, attendees give their consent to appear in images taken during the events, for subsequent promotional use by Urge Thanksgiving Festival.
Paying for Drinks
For nighttime events as well as General Admission ticket holders to the Beach Party, our terminals all accept Apple Pay and Google Pay and we also accept chip enabled credit cards.
Lost & Found
If you find an item during any of the events, please bring it to the Box Office located at the entrance. If you’ve lost something, stop by the Box Office to see if it’s been turned in. If the event has already ended, send a text or WhatsApp message to 786-445-0580 with your full name and a detailed description of the lost item. Please note: this number does not accept calls — text only.

Tickets & Passes
New for 2025: We’re using DICE as our official ticketing platform.
Make sure to download the DICE app, as all passes and tickets are stored directly within it.
On the day of the first URGE Miami Festival event, your unique QR code will be activated (typically 3 hours before doors open).
Festival Passes can be transferred only before the QR code is activated.
Upon arrival at each venue, your QR code will be scanned, and you’ll receive a wristband.
This wristband must be worn throughout the event. If it’s removed or damaged,
it will become invalid, and a new one must be purchased.
Please note: The organizer reserves the right to cancel any Festival Pass and deny entry to anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior or illegal activity.
